In collaboration with Del Mar Wine + Food Festival, this special event invites guests to join renowned chef Roberto Alcocer of MICHELIN Star restaurant Valle, as he collaborates with guest chef Eduardo Morali (Pangea Restaurant, Top 50 Best Latin American Restaurant, Top Chef Mexico Alum) for ‘Una Noche Con La Familia en Valle‘ on Thursday, September 7th. Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu featuring tequila and wine pairings by Reserva de la Familia and Adobe Guadalupe in Valle’s oceanfront dining room in Oceanside.
