DINE AND DRINK

The Rooftop Bar
The Rooftop Bar, a spirited, stand-alone destination nestled above Oceanside Beach infused with vibrant local culture. Oceanside’s first-ever rooftop hotspot has evolved into a day-to-night oasis with beach club energy, where guests can ease from sunrise to sunset in an environment that echoes the upbeat, creative vibe of Southern California. Eclectic music performances and wellness offerings will drive the new programming-centric space. In addition to elevated aesthetics and new activations, The Rooftop Bar has also launched an innovative new menu of locally inspired cocktails, craft beers and inventive cuisine.

Valle
Unlike other areas of Mexico such as Oaxaca and Puebla, the Valle de Guadalupe region does not have long-standing culinary roots or food traditions. Chef Roberto Alcocer’s premiere MICHELIN Star restaurant Valle, housed at our Southern California resort hotel, is defining the artistic vision and creating the foundation of what will become the traditional cuisine and culinary techniques of Valle de Guadalupe for present-day culinarians and future chefs. By sourcing locally and pulling inspiration from Oceanside’s coastline, Chef Roberto Alcocer is authoring a category of cuisine anchored in his passion and personal experiences of his homeland – Valle De Guadalupe.

High/Low
Visit High/Low, a fun and relaxed beachfront destination for breakfast classics, laid-back lunches, and sunset snacks and cocktails. We put fresh and local ingredients to good use every day, sunrise to sunset. Making everything from scratch is what we do. Our seasonal produce-driven menu is just what you need to kickstart your morning and to wind down after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Grab a seat on our ocean-view patio, kick off your shoes, and enjoy the good life at our Oceanside restaurant in San Diego County.

Top Gun House, Home of the famous HIGH-pie
HIGH-pie, located at the Top Gun House is a dessert-driven eatery. Chef Tara Lazar of F10 Hospitality (also behind Cheeky’s restaurant in Palm Springs, California) is at the helm. The signature “high-pie” is a fried fruit-filled hand pie made with locally picked fruits and housemade mascarpone ice cream, fried to order. Don’t miss this must-taste at Mission Pacific Beach Resort.
