The Top Gun House remains one of Oceanside’s most iconic landmarks and a meaningful part of Mission Pacific’s story. We are proud to preserve this historic cottage and continue honoring its legacy.

Following its second consecutive win as USA Today’s 10Best “Best Ice Cream Shop in America” in both 2024 and 2025, San Diego’s celebrated gelato brand, An’s, is preparing to debut its newest concept in Oceanside, Calif., inside the city’s historic Top Gun House with a brand-new concept.

“Oceanside has quickly become one of Southern California’s most exciting food destinations, blending deep local roots with a wave of creative new experiences,” said Travis Bailey, Co-Founder of An’s Gelato. “That energy and culture is exactly what drew us here.
