Pebble Beach Food & Wine | April 4-7 | Monterey 

One of the country’s leading culinary events, Pebble Beach Food & Wine is California’s premier celebration of gastronomy, fine wines, and community spirit, hosted by the Pebble Beach Company Foundation. This year’s dynamic programming will bring together over 150 acclaimed wine and spirits producers and more than 100 distinguished chefs from across the nation. The idyllic setting is hard to top: Pebble Beach is nestled along one of the world’s most scenic coastlines and recognized for unparalleled hospitality.

Chef’s Friends Dinner Series with Chef Val Cantu | April 10 | Oceanside 

Indulge in an extraordinary culinary experience as Valle welcomes esteemed guest Chef Val Cantú for Chef Roberto Alcocer’s Chef’s Friends Dinner Series. Hailing from the renowned Two MICHELIN Starred Californios in San Francisco, Chef Cantú brings his innovative culinary style to our Oceanside coastline for an exclusive dinner on April 10th. The chefs share a passion for heritage and masterful technique, elevating Mexican cuisine through ingenuity and the utilization of the finest products.

Delight in an exquisite 8-course tasting menu enhanced with an additional wine pairing available.

Celebrate the Craft | April 14 | La Jolla 

For more than two decades, The Lodge at Torrey Pines has presented one of Southern California’s premier food festivals created to showcase regionally grown ingredients, the finest chefs, food artisans, wine, and craft beer. A quintessential San Diego afternoon, rub elbows with a top coterie of chefs in an atmosphere that is convivial and abundant in natural beauty. The setting boasts sweeping views of the Pacific and one of the country’s most iconic golf courses.

Taste of Spring | April 20 | Oceanside

Taste local. That’s the drive behind Taste of Spring, an oh-so Oceanside tasting and shopping event. Expect a top coterie of chefs, mom-and-pops, breweries, wineries and  retail businesses. This Sweet and Savory event is set to take place in the Downtown District. Bring the whole family for a discounted family ticket.

ChefsMX is a non-profit platform that promotes Mexican gastronomy through haute cuisine. Each year, the annual gala brings together six of the most renowned Mexican chefs who are honing and elevating their craft throughout Mexico and the world. On this night, the gastronomic experience includes the mastery of Chef Roberto Alcocer of  Valle; Martha Zepeda of Earth and Sky in San Cristobal de las Casas; Rodolfo Castellanos of Origin in Oaxaca; and Luis Ronzón of Ixi’im in the Yucatan.

An Artist @ The Table: Basquiat Gala | May 18th | San Diego 

Chef joins his colleagues from Valle de Guadalupe for a legacy event. The family of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, sisters Lisane Basquiat and Jeanine Heriveaux, are hosting the annual gala for Vanguard Culture‘s signature Artist @ the Table. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet the women responsible for safekeeping the tremendous creative legacy and estate of one of the most notable artists in modern history. Presented by Baja Wine + Food, eight chefs will create an appetizer inspired by Basquiat’s work. Live music includes Afro-Caribbean beats by Cacique & BMA Image, and award-winning jazz harpist Mariea Antoinette. Dress Code: In living color!

Valle’s Chef’s Friends Dinner Series is coming to Chicago. Chef Terrence Zubita welcomes Roberto Alcocer to NoMI at Park Hyatt Chicago.
