Why wait until 15 to celebrate big? Valle marks its fifth anniversary with Cincoañera, a one-night dinner bringing Chef Roberto Alcocer together with longtime friend and guest Chef Andrew Bachelier of Atelier Manna and Chick N’ Hawk.

The two chefs will create a special multi-course tasting menu inspired by their individual perspectives, shared Southern California roots, and years of friendship. An optional pairing of Valle de Guadalupe wines and Reserva de la Familia Tequila rounds out a night celebrating five years of Valle and what comes next.
