Founded in Oceanside, San Diego County in 2004, the brand opened its second ever retail experience in their growing fleet here in their hometown. Located in the new Tremont Collective, Brixton brings its modern millinery approach to Oceanside, offering a full assortment of headwear, apparel, and accessories along with headwear customization experiences and planned community events throughout the year. The brand’s, vintage-inspired aesthetic includes offerings for men and women ranging from casual comfort to elevated classics perfect for any occasion. As the staff’s dress at Mission Pacific shows, the brand’s style blends seamlessly with the effortless elegance of Southern California.
The Brixton retail experience at Tremont Collective features an outdoor space where shoppers can enjoy perfect temperatures and fresh air along with food and drink from our neighbors.

The Rising Co.
Rising Co. is a coastal community hub, featuring local retail, Seaborne Coffee, a range of events, and co-work space. The retail space features over a dozen local designers and brands, each working to cooperatively staff the shop. Rising Co.’s retail experience brings people together to shop with purpose, provides meaningful interactions, & offers a range of drop in creative hands-on activities.
